Inauguration of Nasi Liwet as a Culinary Icon in Solo city

Nasi Liwet joins the ranks as Surakarta’s Culinary Icon after its inauguration by Forum Budaya Mataram (Mataram’s Cultural Forum) and handing out one thousand packs of Nasi Liwet to the people of Solo. The event opened with Tari Gambyong and was marked with a balloon-releasing ceremony by all of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) and FBM Committee. After that. The event ended with a dance show from an FBM-built dance studio.
