  • Borobudur Temple  
    The biggest Buddhist temple in the ninth century measuring 123 x 123 meters, and it’s considered as one of the seven wonders of the world.   • Kasunanan Royal Palace  
    An enormous landmark in the city. The Palace was the house of the Java king who ruled over Central Java, century ago. Founded by Susuhunan Pakubuwono II (Sunan PB II) in 1744 as a substitute for the Palace / Palace Kartasura ravaged due to Geger Pecinan 1743. The palace is huge, which stands in 54 acre of land.     A traditional flea market that sell antique items. Its a very nice antique market with lots of ethnic, craft, and vintage stuffs of any kind. Walking down the market aisles with antiques scattered on the right and left sides will make you feel like you are in the antique heaven.
