After the establishment of HIS Kasatriyan in 1910, HIS Parmadi Putri was founded in January 1927. This school accepted only female students, so initially mixed-gender HIS Kasatriyan transferred its female students to HIS Parmadi Putri and became a boys-only school. The mission of HIS Parmadi Putri was the same as HIS Kasatriyan, based on Western education principles, including Dutch language lessons, Western cooking, and handicrafts.
