The SMK Kristen 2 building is one of the structures located within Villapark Banjarsari. It occupies plot numbers CI–CV (101–105), which include the following components:

Northern section buildings consist of:

Southern section buildings consist of:

1. Hall Room (Spilut/Spuilt)

2. Classrooms

3. Open Space/Garden

The entire complex is covered with gable-type roofs. The roof structure of the hall is reinforced with cremona trusses. Clay roof tiles are used as roofing material throughout the building. In the classroom area, the ceiling follows the shape of the roof truss structure.

The building walls are made using one-brick thick masonry, with an exterior siar stone finish acting as a trasram up to one meter from the ground level. The doors used in this building are of the single-acting type, with paneled door leaves.

The windows consist of two types: operable windows and jalousie windows. Each window is equipped with iron grilles, and some grilles bear the inscription "SDL KR", indicating they are original vintage elements.

Additionally, bovenlicht (transom windows) are installed to allow natural lighting into the rooms. The flooring is mostly white ceramic tiles, except for the classrooms, which still use plain cement tiles (tegel).
