Serabi Solo looks like pancake but it’s little bit different from the other regions. The shape of Serabi Solo oval with a crispy crust around. Serabi Solo made from rice flour mixed with coconut milk, sugar so that the taste to sweet and savory. Beside plain topping, ther are many topping like chocolate, a slice of jackfruit or banana. Serabi Solo can be found at Serabi Notosuman stall, Mohammad Yamin street and at sidewalk along Slamet Riyadi street. These stalls opern from afternoon until evening.
