Goa Kiskenda Geger is a fragment of the story in the big story RAMAYANA which tells of the heroism of Subali and Sugriwa who defeated the kings of Goa Kiskenda, namely Mahesasura and Lembusura. The heart’s intention was to marry Dewi Tara, Mahesasura and his soldiers ravaged the heaven guarded by Dewa Indra and Dewa Brahma because his proposal was rejected. . As a result the Gods lost and Goddess Tara was brought by force to be King Mahesasura’s wife. The Gods who were confused, finally found a way to quell this insolence through the power of Sugriwa and Subali. The Gods promised that if they could beat King Mahesasura, they would marry Dewi Tara, none other than the son of Dewa Indra. Sugriwa and Subali departed for the Kingdom of Goa Kis Kenda to fight King Mahesasura and Lembusura. We will see how Sugriwa and Subali’s struggle continues.
