Semarak Jenang Sala 2022 with theme “Jenang in 5 Phases of Human Life” will be held on Saturday, June 18^th 2022 located in Kori Kamandungan Karaton Surakarta Hadiningrat start at 9 AM – end.

Semarak Jenang Sala 2022 will be presented several interesting agenda such as Cooking Class with Chef Brian and Selvi Ananda, Cooking Jenang with Indonesian Chef Association Solo, Cultural Attraction of Surakarta Hadiningrat Soldier, Photography Contest “Jenang Exploration”,  PKK women from Sub-districts throughout Surakarta and Jenang Plating Competition for SMA/SMK students throughout Surakarta.

Semarak Jenang Sala 2022 agenda is one form of conserve Javanese culture and tradition (especially in Solo city) by presenting several kind of Jenang (porridge) in 5 Phases of Human Life and its philosophy.
