The city tour of Solo is second to none. Every corner of the city certainly has a story, just like the statue of a puppet figure in the front yard of the Surakarta City Hall, which increasingly beautifies public space and still elevates cultural values.

There are Punakawan figures (Semar, Gareng, Petruk, Bagong) on the south side of the City Hall entrance, Pendawa figures, Gatotkaca and Anoman in front of the Surakarta City Hall .
