The KB and TK Lazuardi building is one of the structures located in Villapark Banjarsari. This building, which faces northwest, consists of three sections: the main building, a pavilion, and a garage. These three parts are connected by a corridor (doorloop). All of the floor plans—of the main building, pavilion, and garage—are rectangular in shape.

The roof of the main building combines a limasan roof with a gable roof. On the building façade, there is an eaves roof structure (tritisan) with an overhang supported by Cremona-style brackets (hammer-beam type). Additionally, there are hipped gable roofs on both the right and left sides of the main building. Both the pavilion and garage use limasan roofs. The roofing material is clay tiles, with glass tiles incorporated in the center of the main building to allow natural lighting into the central room.

The walls are made of single-brick masonry. There are two types of doors: single-acting doors, used in almost all rooms, and sliding doors, which are only found between the central room and the back room. The types of door panels used include paneled doors, louvered doors, casement doors, and Dutch doors.

The building features various types of windows, including operable windows, jalousie windows, hopper windows, gable windows, arched windows, awning windows, transom windows, and clerestory windows. On the outside, the windows are protected by overhanging eaves supported by wooden brackets. Above the eaves, there are bovenlichts (translucent panels) that provide natural lighting to the rooms. The ceilings are made of metal with floral and linear patterns, and the ceiling in the central part of the main room allows for natural lighting. The ventilation gutter also uses metal material. The floors are still covered with tiles, generally in two-color combinations, arranged in geometric patterns.

Overall, the KB and TK Lazuardi building reflects Indische architectural style from the early 20th century.
