Kere Satay

Sate kere becomes food traveler’s favorite satay in Solo, made from tempe gembus (tempe made from soybean bagasse, byproduct from tofu production). Sate Kere’s served with beef offal satay like lungs, lymphatic, liver, intestines, torpedo, kidneys and tripe. Before barbecued, the satay seasoned with distinctive seasoning. Presentation of the kere satay added with peanut sauce. Sate Kere stall can be found by food traveler around Sriwedari Stadium, exactly south of Sriwedari Stadium, it’s named Warung Yu Rebi or in front of Marsudirini Kindergarten. These stalls open every morning.
